We Build Psychosocial
Harm Prevention Systems.

We don't just deliver psychosocial training or standalone services.

We make psychosocial risk visible, controllable, and defensible.

Most organisations manage psychosocial risk through policies and support programs.

We design the system that sits underneath it.

Delivered by a 100% Aboriginal-owned consultancy grounded in real workplace experience, not theory.

The question regulators are now asking

Victoria's OHS (Psychological Health) Regulations 2025 don't ask whether you have a wellbeing program.

They ask whether you can demonstrate how risk is identified, discussed, and controlled.

If asked today, could you show this?

→ Where your biggest sources of pressure actually sit
→ How those risks were identified and documented
→ How workers were consulted — and what they said
→ What changed as a result — and how you know it worked

Psychosocial compliance is not what you say.
It's what you can demonstrate.

WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

1 - Hazard Identification System
A repeatable way of seeing where pressure is coming from - across roles, teams, and environments. Not surveys. Not assumptions. Real visibility.
If you can't see it, you can't manage it.

2 - Consultation & Evidence System
Structured staff consultation that creates documented proof of engagement. Not informal conversations. Not silence mistaken for safety. This is what regulators look for first.
Silence is not evidence of safety.

3 - Risk Assessment & Prioritisation System
Clear decisions on what matters most. Severity, likelihood, exposure across roles. Resources go where risk actually sits - not where it's assumed to be.

4 - Work Design & Control System
Controls that change how work is done. Workload, role clarity, supervision, escalation pathways. Risk reduced at the source - not managed around the edges.
You can't support people out of a system that's generating risk.

5 - Monitoring & Early Signal System
Ongoing visibility of risk patterns before they escalate. Absenteeism, turnover, complaints, workload pressure - tracked as signals, not lagging indicators.
Risk identified before it becomes harm, a complaint, or a claim.

6 - Audit & Regulator Readiness System
Documented, defensible evidence aligned to OHS (Psychological Health) Regulations 2025 and ISO 45003. Clear answers to the questions WorkSafe actually asks - before they ask them.

ABOUT US

ABOUT JARROD McKENZIE

I'm a Kamilaroi man born and raised in Moree, NSW.

I've spent more than 20 years working with businesses across Australia and the Asia Pacific - inside sales floors, leadership roles, restructures, and high-pressure environments where psychosocial risk wasn't theoretical. It was daily reality.

That experience - including navigating serious health challenges of my own - shaped how I see this work.

Not as a compliance exercise.

As something that either protects people or doesn't.

Resilient Mind Mentoring was built from seeing where systems look strong on paper but fail people in practice. Particularly in Aboriginal organisations, community services, and frontline environments where risk rarely gets captured in formal systems.

My approach is grounded, practical, and informed by lived experience.

When people are properly supported, everything else works better.
